What is your return policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of the items in our shop, we can only accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
Refer to sizing chart to ensure correct size is ordered. Because each item is made just for you after you order it, returns and exchanges are not accepted for wrong-size.
To avoid shipping delays or issues, please double check your address before completing your orders.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must provide photos and be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
How long will shipping take?
We are experiencing intermittent delays in processing and shipping due to circumstances out of our control. Please allow the following timelines for your product to be produced and shipped. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Each item is made just for you after you place your order. Please allow 3-6 days for the magic to happen (processing and production).
After completion, your order is shipped out. Please allow 4-7 days for transit to final destination.
